Is this freelance or full-time?
We primarily operate as a high-end creative network on a project-by-project basis. Most roles are freelance or contract-based, allowing us to build custom teams tailored to specific automotive campaigns. However, we are always looking for consistent long-term partners.
Do I need automotive experience?
While a passion for cars is a huge plus, what matters most is your eye for detail and cinematic quality. If you have an elite portfolio in luxury, action sports, or commercial lifestyle, we want to see how you could translate that into the automotive space.
Where are you based and do you work remotely?
Our headquarters is here in Boston, Massachusetts, but our network is international. We hire local crews all over the country for specific shoots. For editors and designers, remote work is the standard. If you're a shooter, we'll reach out when a project hits your region.
How do I hear back from the crew?
Once you submit your application, we review your portfolio and add you to our internal creative database. When a project arises that fits your style and expertise, a producer from MT.media will reach out directly to discuss availability and rates.
